Responsibilities


  • Ensure a constant and timely flow of strategic, operational, and organizational updates to crew while actively responding to questions or feedback to uphold an efficient company-employee dialogue. 
  • Drive and measure crew engagement on AOC, country, and base levels. 
  • Effectively manage the dedicated spaces on Workvivo as the primary source of information for all WIZZ-related news and events with a continuous focus on driving engagement and adoption of the platform. 
  • Support various departments with their crew and operations-related communications needs, defining key messages, preparing speaking points for line management, organizing Townhalls, and Q&A sessions. 
  • Ensure all crew communications templates and materials (both physical and digital) are up to date, applied consistently across different bases and AOCs, and used in line with Wizz Air’s brand guidelines. 
  • Develop face-to-face communication, together with training and involvement of cabin operations and flight operations line management. 
  • Drive bottom-up and top down honest and transparent communications for both cabin and flight operations 
  • Digital content creation. 
  • Crisis communications: 
  • Work in tandem with the Internal Communications Manager and other stakeholders in the event of any crisis situations. 
  • Advise management on effective communication during crisis situations. 
  • Prepare and update respective part of the communications strategy to protect the company’s reputation. 


Experience


3-5+ years overall working experience, with 2+ years of relevant experience in internal communications, CSR, or employer branding. 


Hard skills


  • Proficiency in MS Office applications. 
  • Experience in managing social media platforms is a plus. 


Education


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or Business-related subject. 


Language


  • Excellent command of written and spoken English. Command of any other language is a plus
